Over the last 35 years Michelle has written over 20 books, all food related but covering a very diverse range of food related topics: The British Museum Cookbook, Pepys at Table, Sainsbury's 100 Quick Meals, The Food Repair Handbook, Cooking for Diabetics, Diets for High Blood Pressure, Wheat and Dairy Free Cooking and The Allergy Catering Manual to mention just a few.

She has devised over 1,000 'freefrom' recipes and continues to edit the FoodsMatter family of websites and to write an active blog.
